01 · Cleanse and rinse
Use a body wash as directed and rinse it away thoroughly, even if its formula contains oils.
02 · Moisturise if desired
Pat skin gently and apply a body lotion. A leave-on body oil or gel oil is an optional separate step, used according to its label.
03 · Keep the amount small
Use a thin layer and let it settle before dressing. Take care because oily products can make shower or floor surfaces slippery.
